thisis all for getting thru security with out a ticke.

but what about the lounge access? i have a club card and as i previously mentioned they didnt let me into the lounge with it unless i was flying united

However, why not just get a gate pass from the United check in desk to access lounge when flying non SA. Probably difficult when flying out of a large airport, however should be pretty easy in TLV

The GG rule applies to UA and US branded lounges where you do not need to show a boarding pass to access the club if you are a UC member.

So basically there is no way to access an international SA member lounge with the UC unless flying SA?

there's no UA or US branded lounge at TLV

if flying UA you would get into their partner lounges too.

In JFK last night. The check in lady only allowed me to receive a gate pass. She said she's worked there forever and refused to look up the rules. A manager came and said its just for me and 1 guest. I called the number on the back of my club card and was told only way to get passed security is if I'm flying.

WTH?

Just did it twice this week,
@EWR, agent asked me if I was meeting someone or just to chill out, I told her I was not meeting anyone, it took her a couple of seconds to make the GPAS ticket, and as I was walking away she said that she had to ask about my intentions of the GPAS bec TSA requires it.
@FLL, just said "can I get a gate pass please" showed my card and that was it.

BTW it says clearly on requirements that all you need is club card and ID, no boarding pass .

I know it works for the card holder. I'm talking about 2 guests

At that point I'd just buy a refundable ticket
