Legends: Unlimited Legends free food in dining room.
Champions: Unlimited free Legends food via menu ordering to seat.
Delta suites/Jim Beam suites/Field MVP Club: Legends food for purchase via menu ordering to seat (About $8+ for apps or dessert, about $25+ for entrees).

Can anyone confirm/deny whether the Washington teams still have kosher?

I'm pretty sure they don't but would rather be sure before asking for a wiki edit.

kosher stand at Busch Stadium is outside section 148 - behind home plate
kosher stand at Wrigley field is outside section 228- 1st base side

At Busch:
No more knishes. They said it didn’t sell.
Hot dogs (griddled- not boiled like yankee stadium)
Pastrami hot dogs (hot dog topped with pastrami)
Corned beef or pastrami - hot sandwiches
Options on onions etc for toppings

Wrigley
Polish or regular dogs toped with onions (only option)
Bags of Chips and hot pretzels
Regular concession stands had Minute Maid parve frozen lemon ices which were a great addition to a hot summer game.
