I'm flying AA out of LGA gate C4 today, with a 2 year old.

Will my Amex Plat get me in to this club?

How long before my flight should I leave the club in Terminal D in order to get to C on time?

My boarding pass says "PriorityAAccess", if that's what you're referring to.

I would leave the AC about 10 min before scheduled boarding.
Since you're with a kid maybe add an extra 10 min. Make sure to get the priority aaccess security line.

I have yet to travel with kids so maybe don't listen to me. But traveling alone I do it all the time. To play it safe you can add 15 min. It's quite close.

Your Amex Plat will get you into that club, but be aware that you will have to clear security at D to access the club. You will then have to exit security and re-enter at C. This whole process is a drag and likely not justified considering the bare offerings at the AC. A more convenient club to access for C AA flights is the UA Club if you have access. It is located outside of security near the C concourse.

The lounge is supposed to be nice, but IIRC it's in D?
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Yes it is in D. Gotta get there early to beat the rush hour traffic.  Was wondering if it was a nice lounge to make it worthwhile to go to D. Is it far?

Do not wanna waste a lounge club pass for United now.

Was at LGA last week- it's nice in appearance but smaller than most lounges I've been too.  Def worth relaxing in, if you want quiet.

From what I'm reading here, if my flight leaves from concourse C I should leave the lounge 15 minutes before boarding? As in 45 minutes before the flight?

If it makes a difference, my flight is around 10AM on the day after New Years (less passengers?)

I have priority (BA Avios) but as far as know that only helps for boarding, not for security.

I have a wheely which I would rather not gate check.

Priority access is for security as well.

What route? On the regional jets they've been super annoying about wheelies in recent months and IME being early won't rlly help much

Also if you're flying to canada you'll have to show ur passport at the gate which can take a few min and throw off your planning

It's a CRJ700, within the North East USA.
