Looking for a minivan (used)

Im looking for a good deal on a used minivan.
Preferably Honda or Toyota, '07 or higher, les than 75,000 miles.
What's a good price? 
Where do I find one?

Friend of mine is making Aliya and has a Ford Expedition -- not a minivan, though.  If it's of any interest, I can ask him
