So far nothing has worked in incognito on Internet Explorer or Chrome.

Toda Raba and keep trying. It took me a while but then it suddenly popped up once. Have you tried phone vs computer?

I got it. Look at your February, MArch or April PRG statement. It should show up in the legalese about program changes effective in June.

I got it too and was told by a rep when I inquired before I got it that I'll get it. This was after 3 reps and twitter kept telling me that it was over and there was nothing they could do to give it to me.
