I recently opened up the Business Gold for my wife - and after applying added myself as AU (no fee Green). I went to add an additional person and said that I need to call to do so. Red flag, or standard procedure?

That is the standard rate for amex travel.

Asking for friend who did not realize that he owed Amex $19.96 for several months and just received a letter from Amex that his Amex account is closed, balance is now zero and  250K MR points gone.

Can this be appealed to Amex to pay the balance and get back the points?.

You can try, but how will he explain why he didn't see his mail, email, phone alerts etc...

Got the card and the points reinstated, lessons learnt when managing 20 different cards for various friends and family always check each account monthly for any amount due.

Yeah I know, i told him to start spending on the card then pay the bill before the due dates to repair the credit damage.

But the main part of this was to be able to save the 250k MR.

I still had $58 left to go on the $100 Airline Fee Credit and I got hit with the AF so I bought a $60 Delta eGC.   It's been a week and no credit has posted.  Does it not apply if the GC is >$50?  Or is it something else?

I want to avoid the AF.  What is the policy these days for PRG, do I still have 60 days to cancel for a full refund?
