My free year is coming to a end soon is there a way to get the second year free or a lot of points that are equivalent to 175???
If anyone can tell me there experience I would appreciate it

Is this the first year you have the PRG card?
If yes there is no reason they shouldn't waive the fee.
And by the way, maybe its because you asked them to wave the fee. Try again now asking them to waive the fee.
But 10k points is what you keep for compensation for the trouble you have.

It was not the first year I had the card. I did ask them to WAIVE the fee. Thanks for the spell check.

Is this a good choice for a first major cc, besides discover cashback? On creditcards.com they offer a 50k signup bonus.

Just got approved for my brother!
It is His first CC!
(He had a capital 1 secure CC for a year )
(Got declined with chase HUCA didn't help they claimed he needs a 2 years history. )

I didn't have a history a year ago and by now I had 6 chase CC.
I guess it's a YMMV.

They claim so to throw you off.

A little more than a year with cap1 with about a half year with spending over 1k over several cards did it for me.

With those cards you should be good to go.
Probably worth doing a 2BM or 3BM to try multiple cards with the same pull. No harm if you don't get em all.

So i have 2 transactions on 2/28 with label "MEM RWDS FIRST ANNUAL PROGRAM FEE" for $35 and "MEM RWDS FIRST ANNUAL PROGRAM FEE CREDIT" for $35 credit. Anyone have this before?
