vacation ideas with children

Hi thanks dan and this great site i have accumulated a nice amount of points (UR, MR, SPG, MARRIOT, UA) now i'm ready to hit the air, road, ocean but....
1)I'm traveling with 2 children a 2 1/2 yr. and a 16 mo.
2)I need to be able to daven shachris with minyan.
3)I prefer a place where kosher food is available.
I'm thinking of going in August for 2 weeks, 1 week somewhere relaxing and the rest to check out some city.
Does anyone have any ideas?

I don't think that's enough of a reason to stay away. maybe a week in Paris (which I think is too much but I don't think I would want to stay a week in any of the European cities) then a week in the French riviera, although i'm not sure what you'd do for a whole week

French Alps maybe? Never there but I think there are alot of frum people up there in the summer.

I was thinking of going 1 week to the alps but where is the nicest region in the alps? and is there anywhere a spg or hyatt hotel?

wow this actually a great thread!
iv'e been alot in Europe with kids. so far the most kid-friendly place I came across was, davos in Switzerland. there is kosher food, alot of minyanim,and great places kids will enjoy, as well as you not needing to climb the mountains with your kids.
the Sheraton hotel over there [they actually have 2] is very good and for a very cheap [spg points] rate.
