Need advice: T-Mobile qwerty phone
« on: June 13, 2012, 12:10:08 AM »
Need some advice - My daughter's Samsung Gravity 3 died (it powers on to an unresponsive white screen and that's it) and she's not eligible for a new phone.  She's a heavy texter and has no data plan.  Any suggestions for the best value and reliability in a prepaid or unlocked phone (and maybe where to get it)?  I think she needs a qwerty keyboard and prefers a slider as opposed to bb style.  Thanks for your help!

I got the TMobile Sparq for Prepaid for $39.99 on sale in Target.  I think reg price is $49.99.  It is a slider with a qwerty keyboard.

Get her the Samsung Smiley T-359.
Perfect for your need.
Love me or hate me. I still love you.

She prefers the T359 and that does seem a little better for heavy texting.

Thank you both for your suggestions, I appreciate it.
