Do they still have a kosher stand in Fenway? If yes what are the prices/hechsher?
Anyway to get food delivered to me at end of red sox game or at airport? From which restaurant?
Yeah I was thinking about that but I don't know if the 70 year old lady at the front of rubins can handle it.
I'm flying into BOS and going to the Tigers game this Wednesday.
Does anyone know if Fenway is strict with bringing backpacks and food in?
Officially "16x16x8" is the biggest you can bring in. TIA
Hi, regarding Fenway:
We have brought in food on multiple occasions, no problem.
Backpacks are fine. They will search backpacks and then put a tag on them.
I have seen them throwing out opened water. I imagine they throw out any non-water liquid.
But everything else has been fine, in my experience, from home-packed sandwiches to peanuts to vegetables and fruits, to packaged sandwiches from Rami's or Rubin's.
You can also bring in UNOPENED bottle of water. IIRC, there is a limit, and I think it's either one-half liter, or one whole liter, per person.
Yes, there is kosher vending, open 24/6 (

)
Three machines, IIRC.
There are hot dogs in one.
There's pizza in another.
And IIRC, there's onion rings in a third one. And, IIRC, the onion rings are pareve made on dairy equipment.
All are chaf-K.
Prices I think are about $5 or $6 per item. Not terrible, given that it's the ballpark. The food is decent, edible, but nothing to seek out for a culinary experience.
We have never done Uber food delivery, but I will say about Rubin's, they do have some young people working there, so it's not totally out of the question that you can get it done. Rami's is another good option.
