i'm on the family 1600 shared minutes plan, it includes everything i don't think they consider it a grandfather plan, why would sprint upgrade and the stores not?

Didn't know where to post this so... If u have sprint don't forget to call them and get a credit to your account to to outages that they had during the storm. It works every time for me. I have gotten up to a $50 credit for one phone call.

I meant me calling sprint one time. And yes I have I told them that if they can't provide the service there's no reason why I should pay and I have 4 smart phones on my account so they give me a credit between 25-35% of the total bill!!
