 Has anyone actually tried and the work for them?
 I would try myself, what's the cancellation policy for Iberia?

Was YMMV from the start, and hasn't changed.

No cancellations or changes on AA metal with IB.

I never had luck with them only a round trip, if I was lucky to find availability.
