There's not much of a market for them, might make more sense to go for a Hyatt, those nights go for $200-250 each.

the way i see this deal

70k points = $2-400 at a hotel
$200 airline fee creditx2 1 for 2012+2013 +$400
lounge access
hotel extra's credit $100

so it gets you about 900$ plus lounge access (400?)
hyatt gives you 2 nights that could be worth from 150-2000, but its ust 2 nights and only on a hotel. here your getting 400 cash 2 nights, (or one for a higher quality hotel) 100$ extra for hotel spending + lounge entrance no annual fee for first year!

Its actually a very very good sign up bonus considering its good for any marriot hotel, for only $2k spend + $300 airline reimbursement fee per calendar year + lounge club access + you get gold status amongst, other benefits

1) their gold status=crap
2) it is  $200 reimbursement not $300
3)its $400 a year not waived

It will get you 3 1/2 nights at Ritz Herzliya which is a pretty good value given the rate of $475 a night especially if you transfer 20k UR you get 5 nights=$2375 for a credit pull and $395

The regular marriot will get you two plus a free night certificate. Not worth the extra 200 IMO
