PGGM in the classic sense of the word wasn't really a reliable method even before the Delta change. Read upthread to see what people have been doing.

I bought by mistake none refundable tickets with JetBlue with my Ritz card when I canceled the ticket it went to my travel bank not to my card is there any way to get back my money ?

you can sell the jet blue travel bank but that would have to be at a discount. i doubt chase will be of any help, maybe with enough of a real reason you could convince jetblue to refund it

I tried to dispute the charge with chase saying that I called to cancel the same day and it did not get cancel do u think it will work

Then it'd be pretty stupid to dispute the charge claiming that you did, IMO. Do you really not think that JetBlue has exact records of when you canceled?

It'd be a lot smarter to try feeding JetBlue a sob story until a sympathetic rep refunds you.

just take the hit as a lesson learned it happens to everyone at some point. sell the credit at a discount and hopefully with the $ you gained from the ritz credit you don't come out down to much.

isn't it crazy how so many of us make this mistake? I had once booked 2 nonrefundables being that upgrade on first didn't total 300$. Cs rep (can't remember if it was a supervisor) refunded only 1 but not the other so had to sell it on travel bank selling thread at 85% (iirc). End of the day was still on top. Not terrible
