It said in her system that they were only matching to 140k credit cards that were applied before April 30th. I applied May 14th. I have the Priority Pass from the Amex plat, so do I get another one from the ritz? Or do they upgrade my existing one?

you get a new one
Ritz has a separate priority pass team.
make sure once you do get the card not to mix it up with the one from amex... mine got mixed up and i was charged a $27 guest fee

Is there any way to get it expedited? I called chase today and the rep told me that they can't do anything because it's a Ritz thing, and it's gonna take 6-8 weeks. Should i call Ritz?

once they send it to PP you can call PP and they will give you the number so you can login on your phone

Two separate, yet somewhat related DPs.

Yesterday a PP CSR said that there is no mobile app component for PP with the C$R PP membership.

 Also, he stated that  the Ritz Lounge Club card gets you PP entrance and that you don't get a separate PP membership card.

Can anyone confirm?
