It said in her system that they were only matching to 140k credit cards that were applied before April 30th. I applied May 14th. I did just that and the Ritz rep said she cannot do that. Blah blah.....

Not sure if I'm posting my question at a right thread. I recently lost my wallet with Ritz Carlton CC and Lounge Access card (benefits of RC CC) while on vacation in Dominican Republic. I called Chase customer service and ask if there is still a way for me to access airport lounge? Since I had my ink card with me they told me I can pay with Inc card and will be reimbursed for this charge. Now, a week later, when I called chase ink they say that there is no way for them to reimburse me and they are sorry I was giving wrong information a week ago. I'm speechless. I spent 1,5 hours back and forth btw different departments and got disconnected before getting any positive resolution.
Any advice on what is the proper way to handle my situation? There are notes on my RC account that I called on Dec 20th and was adviced to use my Inc card.
P.S. I paid $60 for 2  passes to the  airport lounge in Santo Domingo and it was horrible! Didn't even have tea bags in stock. And when I asked for them, I got told: "sorry we run out of tea." 😳😟

Time now for the annual credit on this card?. The same refundable jetblue flight with upgrades  or south west flight with upgrade should work again? I got some credit for for 2017 on CSR card already
