It said in her system that they were only matching to 140k credit cards that were applied before April 30th. I applied May 14th. Are resort fees charged to the CC used when booking or when checking in? Can I add a second guest online or do I need to call up?

I rarely ever use this card so I reduced my CL  sometime ago and now trying to take advantage of the $300 travel credit for 2017. Looked at jetblue refundable and upgrade but  the total comes to way more than my CL. What else can I do to get the $300 credit?

AA gift card may or may not work  and resell value is not good I think.

buy the ticket with a different card and just buy the upgrade with the ritz Carlton card. And you're not fooling anyone with the I barely use this card so I lowered my credit limit
