so If I buy a ticket by south west a few min later I call up chase for the credit then I can cancel it is this the way to do it ?

I don't know about lounge, though my 2 cents says it stays active for that year.
But when it comes to statutes I believe u stay with them because iirc by Marriott they do and there one and the same.

lol. i hope more people can benefit from this. the points covered my bahamas stay which wouldve costed $750 a night and it covered 3 nights! and almost the fourth. and Marriott is fifth night free so this can go a very looong way

I would avoid SW because they probably give chase more than level one data.
Your better off doing a JetBlue or delta pggm.

Because it was suggested earlier on DDF that united gives level 3 data because of their partnership with chase. Idk if true or not. But SW is also a partner with chase.
