called the fraud dept and then back to credit analyist with approval. not yet sure about going for wife. fee is too damn high a AA gifts cards who is gonna buy them? I already have a $100 AA voucher AA gave me when they broke my baby's stroller .  Scared of selling it and it may go unused as it expires in april

thats how you take advantage of the $300 credit and to offset the $395 fee.

i don't have flights or hotel stay that costs $395 or even half of it and not in tax either. so things like GCs are like my only option!

If you cancel within 6 month they should refund the AF

Do you know what pggm is? Do you have ethical problems with it? Do you mind canceling the card after 5 months?

not sure if we are on the same page i was talking about getting a package and transferring points to airline then canceling the hotel reservation will i get all the points credited back to my acc including a reversal of the points transfer?

I'm sure you can cancel the hotel stay but you'll probably get it back as a 7 day voucher not points.

You'll get back the voucher. If you cancel your reservation after it expires, you'll be left with nothing

After the approval of this card, you get gold status right away on your Marriot Account?
I have marriot account number and entered it in the APP. Approved yesterday & so far the status is still ZERO. Is it free breakfast for 2 at any marriot  properties like courty yard , residence inn & lounge access  etc?
