I was matched to the 140k points offer at the end of may. I reached the minimum spend a few weeks ago, and then last week asked them to do the switch to points. They took the certificates out of my account, and I just realized now that the points are only going to go in after the next statement close in a few weeks.
The problem is that I have a reservation at the Prague Marriott starting tomorrow and if I don't have the points Marriott won't be able to issue a certificate.
I tried calling chase to see if they can expedite the points but that didn't work. I'm going to call Marriott to see if they can give me an advance on the points. Any other ideas?

Change the statement date.

Its a $395 a AF card. You are supposed to be entitled . .

Once again - you guys freak out about openly public ideas. Really? I did this 7 months ago - with all of FT! DD rocks for deals - but the world of Manufactured Spend, is old news.
