So I smed chase again and got the same response, denying to match to 140k. I then called Chase and got a very nice rep who tried to match it for me but was unsuccessful. It said in her system that they were only matching to 140k credit cards that were applied before April 30th. I applied May 14th. Not sure this is the right place to ask this but I did a transfer from UR to Ritz yesterday and the points still didn't post in the Ritz account,  has anyone ever done this? Has it taken this long?

I closed my Ritz card about a year ago. Lounge Club card expiring in February. Does Ritz usually cancel the LC card or i can use the Lounges until expiration date?

Call and see if they'll credit you, if they won't, redo it and purchase the seats separately.

Shouldnt need to redo. If there's any issue they'll ask to email them confirmation of the purchase.
