any ideas how to fight verizon

in short they screwed up my service, told me that there is no connection fee and more and they sent me 2 bills i spoke to the presidents office they wont bend i am in collections now verizon told me they will remove the charge-they didnt they said a manager will return my call -no manager returned my call  any ideas (attoney general ftc etc)

You cn complain via the FCC.

when i had issue with Verizon , i emailed this 3 email's and got a call after 5 min from the executive office and the resolve it immediately

I had an issue with my home phone line, I filed a complaint with BBB and a Verizon exec. contacted me and resolved the issues.
