May be easier to say the Old Blue Cash has a 3 AU limit and PRG has a 5 AU limit for free cards.

I just applied for my 4th and 5th AU for OBC and got no problems. Haven't received cards yet, but I got no indication that there would be an issue.

So? I called for myself and told them I have the same issue for my wife and they were more than happy ot take care of it right then. Didn't need her to call.
They never let me do that, but I'll definitely try again.

Will AMEX business cards like SPG also count as a new account in credit bureaus?

They don't ask for it when added the card but they do ask for dob and ssn when activating. All amex biz cards are like that now.
