Thanx, Live and learn. how about adding AU's w'o giving the SSN does that work for both personal and biz ? (not whole applynig for the card at later stage)

How were you able to create AU for personal without SSN?

I created separate login for my AU for the sake of taking advantage of AMEX Checkout offers.

For a while now, I've been getting stuck at the last step when applying for AU's for my Hilton card online. It never gets past the spinning circle - "Please wait while we process your application". I have had success applying over the phone. I do not have this issue with other cards. Anyone know why this would be?

I've tried different computers. Its been happening consistently for almost three weeks. I've only been using Internet Explorer, but I don't think that's the issue as at the same time that Hilton AUs get stuck Everyday AUs get approved.

I just got off phone w Experian and eq. weird thing: I was telling them some of my amex account numbers, last 5 etc. and none were showing up. equafax was a little more helpful in informing me that amex doesn't send the bureaus the same # as on ur cc itself so none of my numbers were matching! did anybody else have this experience?? ??? :o
