So now I must wait for the AU card in the mail... Any way to use the card without actually having it yet? Even if it's not activated?? is there a way to figure out my expiration date?
Your expiration date is 11/22

Assuming u ordered today, 11/22.
But cvv is a wait.
U can see last 5 by checking on primary log in
And u can use it. No need to ever activate other than to make an online login

Yes
But if it’s a personal card then expect AMEX to cancel it if you don’t activate it within 60days

How can Biz cards be activated without having DOB and SS?
I used to do it on the phone automated system, saying "no" again and again.. Didn't work just now though

My company ordered me a amex authorized user card. They attached my social. If they have a high credit utilization, will that hurt my credit?

Random,
Got an email from Citi that I'm eligible to add AU on my Citi AA card and will receive 2,500 miles, hold it, after spending "$3,000"
can someone explain me this,

I read this email 5 times thinking maybe it said 25,000 miles, but no 2,500.

Why would anyone in the world take this offer.

It's 5.5k AA for 3k spend, nothing to run for.

It's the best AA miles return for non bonus spend, I don't see what the big deal is, if you want the miles, do it, if not, don't.

I just found it weird to offer 2,500 for $3,000 spending.

Thanks I couldn't have done it without you...

But you fail to explain why
Let me spell it out:

Point is that it ain't free. Opportunity cost is 3k SPG, 4.5k UR/MR (via FU/Amex EDP), or $60 (via Citi 2x cash).

You gotta ask yourself if 5.5k AA > max(3k SPG, 4.5k UR, 4.5k MR, $60).
Risk is opportunity
