Sorry, admittedly I didn't read thru the whole thread here -- To get the 5000 points for an AU on SP or UMPE, can I just swipe it for $0.25 at an NYC muni meter?

Let me  know if I'm wrong , but since they are the same card number and 3 digits I don't think it will matter if not spent since they can't tell ( even though the name is different

When a card is swiped they can definitely tell. And even when used online, if you put in the AU's name, they will 'count' that. But again, i don't believe they need to be used (for sure not the UA).
