I'm getting this message when trying to add AUs to either my of DH's Everyday cards. We already have 3 (unactivated but with SSN) AUs on each card. I'm able to add AUs to other Amex cards on those accounts.

Called amex to add au to my blue cash card and they told me I can only have 3 au per card. .... can anyone confirm that's true or should I just Huca?

I spoke to a rep. on the phone and they told me I can't add any more au's because I allready have 3 added to the  card. Guess I will try calling them again. ...

When you call to add yourself or spouse as AU, does the CSR get suspicious? Can't they see that you are adding yourself? Can I add myself online too?
