I jumped on this. Interesting that both apps ended with message that their system is down, called in and was successful approving both on the phone. (When calling in the automated system said that the system cannot currently access apps on the automated system, maybe something is off today?)

On 04/20 I applied for three charge cards( personal platinum, peronal gold and Business gold) and one business credit card.

I want to take advantage of delta skymiles offers( 2 business and 2 personal) credit cards expiring today. Should i wait until i am over 90 days or is it ok to apply. I have 800+ score.

Application status page says that the application was cancelled, recon claims it's still open and pending with the fraud team, which one is correct?

I applied for all 4 delta cards , they don't want to approve me for the business cards because its marked as a duplicated app , I called several times and I even spoke to a supervisor , nothing doing they will not approve it , I have to wait 5 days they say. should not give up and keep on calling or this is a done deal ?

Even if they approve, won't it be after the deadline?

i have 4 amex cards, both spg, delta gold, and everyday.
i applied for delta gold business, and was declined because i have the maximum amex credit cards i can have.
since u can get up to 5 i chatted with amex about it and they told me the 5th is an au.
i called and they sent it under manual review
is it posible to get it approved without closing anything, or no chance?

I 3BMd the PRG, SPG consumer, and EDP. Instant approval for the PRG and EDP, but the SPG app was frozen for another 5 days for fraud prevention. After 5 days, I was instantly approved. Upon checking my credit report, however, I saw that they pulled my Experian on both days. When I called Experian and asked about the duplicate pull, they said they could remove the 1st pull but the 2nd one has to stay. My question is, will removing my 1st pull as a duplicate get Amex upset, and cause them to close this account?

not in my experience, when and why should amex even see it ?

I have seen dozens of reports of Amex being upset at people disputing pulls which resulted in active credit lines.

My question is, as multiple pulls from the same application date have been successfully merged, perhaps this would have the same result. It's worth eating the pull if there's a shot Amex will shut it down, as I'm new to Amex and I really need this for my history with them.
