Why would my charge from 2 days ago still be pending? How does it work? Is there something the merchant has to do to change the status or is it just a matter of time?

got it. I usually don't study my cc bill like I am now - constantly checking to see if my credits posted - I guess that it's standard for charges to be like that. Thanks

Is hatbox sending the credits in email or snail mail? They charged but i didnt get any email from them.

I never got the credit for phily.

Its showing as CENTER FOR JEWISH LIHAVERFORD PA

Will I still get the credit as its not showing as phily?
Did anyone get it?

Just logged in to my account and the credits appear as chargebacks with the name of the merchant.
Is that how it's suppose to look or is it a credit from Amex and my merchant actually did chargebacks?

I've taken advantage of past offers but, since in the past I always had to PUTPAC to manually credit them they appear as "billing inquiry", and I have no way of knowing if this is how it's supposed to look.

That's how it appears. If you expand the 10 credit you will see it says ShopSm Chicago
