BACK IN THE DAY WE USED TO USE LESBERN LTD. I HEAR THAT THEY ARE KINDA STRICT IN NY(C) ABOUT ID FROM THE (NOT NECESSARLY FROM THIS ONE)  COMPANY.
I REMEMBER BACK THEN WE CALLED AND GOT PERMISSION TO USE THE ACCOUNT. SORRY BUT I DON'T HAVE ANY OF THE INFORMATION
THERE ARE ALSO OTHER ACCOUNTS BUT MOST OF THEM ARE PRIVATE AND PEOPLE ARE NOT WILLING TO SHARE IT.

they must have changed the policy. we used to rent under 21 with no additional charge (although it probably wasn't worth it with avis's prices in the city)
they also changed policy with new corporate accounts. you can only get the underage fee waived if you sign up for direct billing (in 2006) .
this stood true for ny maybe someone try outside of the ny or usa maybe there are different rules there. not allot of information is needed to open a account. if anybody tries let us know the results.

I use Netjets and when I book avis thru K444404  i get good discounts...not sure if you can pick up at reg locations maybe only GA terminals

chabad corp with enterprise is 18.00 a day for 18-21. most avis corps that waive from 18-21 are dead! avis cracked down on them.

it seems chabad corporate @ enterprise takes away underage in upstate ny (monticello). but how do i get id?

At most locations the Chabad Corporate on Enterprise will only waive the UA fee if your at least 21. Also, having used it many times I have only been asked for corporate ID at Newark Airport. And they didnt ask for ID......I had to answer 1 of 10 questions to verify my corporate affiliation. In my case the question was "What is the address of your world Headquarters" .....any chabadnik should be able to shoot that one out easily :-)

I used chabads at enterprise at jfk and had no problem. I had a avis code for under 21 as well. Rented cars in new york from the age of 18
There are very little awd out there that wave the fee and dont make you show id. If to many people use them it will be shut down, so it will most prob not be posted.

WARNING netjet will not work anymore. You will get a good rate online, but at the station they will wait for you or charge you the full rate on return. Its on FT so dont use anymore
