income?
« on: February 07, 2010, 09:24:28 PM »
I want to apply for an amex card, I just don't know how much to write down as the income. I live at home but do work. I'm in my early twenties and have a bunch of CC's: capital one, gap, and two chase(united) cards, one of which is a business card. Any suggestions?

Enough to get a respectable credit line, not too high to raise red flags.

Can anybody suggest a income that is high enough to get approved  for a healthy credit line yet not raise a red flag?

Thank you for taking the time to respond. Do u think it is possible to get a 20k credit line by just earning 40k? Do u think it's crazy to say 100k?
