I have a hotel room in the highly rated W in Hoboken NJ (30 min drive to DDC and just across the river to manhattan) for June 25th (checkout 26th) for sale. Reservation is officially for 3 adults (but you can obviously do less) and the room is called "spectacular room".

Rate when booking was ~$400 for the night.

I'd be willing to sell, exchange for a diff. hotel/date, or barter.

I'll consider all legitimate offers.

Sorry folks. Didn't mean to be misleading. I thought I posted that part (I posted this in the SPG forum and made it clear over there).

This is from the SPG free deal and I'd be happy to exchange it for a diff. SPG booking.

Was just trying to give an idea of the value of the room. It's not a basic room at all - it's quite luxurious.

Reminder this hotel room is available for tomorrow (Monday) in a really nice SPG hotel only a few minutes away from Manhattan.

I really have little use for it.

It can hold 4 people I think (reservation is for 3 adults).

If someone wants to make a proposal for swap, barter, purchase etc.. I'm listening...

I may end up doing that. I don't mind taking a day to relax in a hotel... only problem is that there is no pool and that I won't get there until midnight tomorrow and checkout is at like noon or something.

Correct. Only got the gold upgrade.

Still have a couple of hours to brainstorm on some creative way to get a date change or hotel change.

SPG's aren't networked like that, right? I can call up the W and ask them if they can give me a diff. spg room in a diff. hotel - can I?

p.s. My main issues with the W in hoboken tonight is a) no pool and b) I am in NYC today and again tomorrow night so I would have to keep crossing in and out of the city (lots of tolls) just for my room. I'd rather a hotel room in the city.
