Yes, if the system is down they can't do it on their end either.

The most you can get is 5k points for the hassle.

Approved for Ink Plus after 8 HUCA's!!!! I applied on May 9, I called recon every few days when I had an extra minute, and finally approved!

Ok. So the final results are in. All applications were submitted on May 9, and today I finally got the last Ink Plus approved.
