they need to clean up the Mall interface and make it easier to use the UR mall and still use stackable coupons with all their merchants which i dont think they allow now or maybe its the merchants dont allow it but they should work on that

what i was thinking is lower the annual fee to 60$ or so, or if the fee stays the same, have a better transfer rate to UA, or possibly offer a NEW card with higher fee that gives better transfer ratio to UA

They unofficially have that. You just send an sm that you referred someone and they give you 2,500 points. 

IME once you get a certain amount of courtesy points/"adjustments", they stop giving them, even for legit reasons.

Your last statement is the only one with a remote chance of happening.  I doubt they want to cannibalize the Club card and the only other cheaper card with transferable points is SPG.

AMEX bonuses are typically with BA, (CO hadn't had bonuses in many many years with AMEX) so that would be the most likely option, but even if there were a 50% bonus would you want to transfer to them over UA/HGP.

I'm not sure if you can bring up more general issues but more training for their CSR would be nice. I can probably think of a dozen examples of things reps don't know but I'm sure you know far more so I won't bother.

Side note why is it that HUCA is so successful?  Is it the lack of knowledge for the CSR that didn't help you, or the one that did help you?

They have 2.14x on all travel/dining on SP and 5x telecom/office + 2x gas/lodging on Ink.

I think Chase targets as well.
And old Ink Bold and UA explorer still have threshold bonuses.
