Exactly... I don't need all this glitz I want great service with a great bed end of story. That's why EK F IMO is nothing out of the world. Anyhow here's not the place for the discussion.

CX is far from perfect.
Service is robotic and not attentive.
BYOK is a big YMMV.
Don't have full privacy.

But yes, great bed and seat.

but then again depends on J or F service.

J I can hear that they are overwhelmed 60+ Passengers 3-4 people helping.
F 2 people for 6 Passengers.
