I made a bris Sunday afternoon at 12 because it was easier for people driving in from NY (to Lakewood)

It's preferable to do it early from a halachic standpoint, also from a halachic standpoint we prioritize waiting for the mohel, family and crowd :)

And if the bris was not on the 8th day due to the baby being considered sick then you need to wait 8 days מעת לעת from when they are considered to be healed. This is commonly the case with multiples.
