They fly the 757-200 daily. On a flight that I had booked (but cancelled) they wanted only $200 to upgrade to first (lie flat).

Interesting. I wouldn't spend $200 extra (X2) for a two hour flight with no plans of sleeping flat but for miles that can make sense. I guess this 757 flight never goes for saver awards?

I wouldn't either. I did see it available. There are only 8 seats though.
