Not at first glance. I think the alleys are definitely wider, hard to tell about the seats.
I think a key difference is that the seatbelts don't have airbags, so I'm assuming car seats would be allowed

It's not exactly the same, but very similar.
Lots of signs of age and scratches, which is strange as these aren't old. They must have gone with cheap seats  ::)

Can you check out the last row in Premium Economy (13H,13K)? Do they have the same recline as the others? A pic would be clutch

From what I can tell it doesn't recline as much as the others. I don't like taking pictures of people :)
