AMEX said they knew nothing about it

Yes, It was definitely around then- But are you referring to the 15k Starpoints for 15k in spending in the first 6 months?

There was a 10,000 point offer for signing and the 1st purchase.
I believe there was another 15,000 for 15,000 spending in the 1st 6 months.
It is there now but But Amex denied it was there then.

There was never 15+15 for the Starwood.
As for the 10+15, just ask to speak to a manager and explain the situation.

are you telling me that if i just got a new card i got the 10 k bonus and now if i spend 15k the first 6 months theres no 15k bonus?
