Whats a good place to get breakfast?

There is only 1 choice for CY eaters. Shuk eat play
Non CY also have the JCC

Or buy food & create your own menu.

Anyone stay at the Fairmont Pacific Rim for Shabbos?
Do the stairs have sensor lights?

Sorry for the very delayed response.

We stayed at the FPC for shabbas - Dan as I know you know - the hotel is amazing. We stayed at the Fairmont Banff Spring (in an upgraded suite) and at the FPC, the FPC was worlds better than the FBS.

The stairs do not have sensor lights, but you need to ask at the front desk every time you want to go back up stairs and someone will escort you up. The exit from the stairs takes you out to the back of the hotel.

thinking about 2 weeks in vancouver area with wife and 3 kids (3 yr old, 9 yr old and 10 yr old), and considering one shabbos in Victoria (airbnb at chabad nearby and they have minyan/meals) and one shabbos in an airbnb near TheKollel (minyanim and meals there with eruv). I was going to stay at the Sher and daven by Chabad Downtown, but it seems they dont have meals and it will be a hassle getting around with no eruv with a 3 yr old.
Saw several spent shabbos by theKollel and enjoyed, anyone have any insight about shabbos in Victoria (Vancouver Island)? if i do decide to choose one shabbos, is the family experience best at theKollel or maybe with the views in victoria?

Trying to find the cheapest option with miles to go NYC-stopover for a week in LAX- YVR. Is singapore the only option? Tried pricing it out on UA but it charged per segment (thought I could use the stopover feature they introduced). There is UA saver space for the dates that I want. The LAX-YVR leg would be on AC

Which is a better experience - AC Dreamliner EWR-YVR or CX 777 JFK-YVR? And is Avios the cheapest way to book the CX flight?

AC doesn't have F, so obviously there is no comparison.
