It was the hacker girl from S1. She finally got caught for something or other and every earlier hack got exposed as part of the investigation.

Shows lay out plots that lead to the next stage. Prof from Harvard would be too random just like Louis's Rabbi.

Rachel's mom would be better because she'd be doing it more for Rachel's sake and it'd make the drama better.

Are we even certain he's been exposed?  It could be some other fraud.  I would think the writers would have mentioned unauthorized practice of law, or something.
