"Rafferty is NOT leaving the show, which means Donna is not leaving (Zap2it). Well, she's not leaving Suits. It remains unclear whether or not she is going to return to the firm. In an interview with The TV Chick, Rafferty revealed that they are filming just slightly ahead of the airing and as of last week. Previews made it seem that episode 6, "All In", will be a little Donna-lite, possibly Donna-free, but according to the interview, she will be present in episode 7, "Sucker Punch" and that the show will be taking things back to five years ago. It should be fun to see Harvey (Gabriel Macht) before he was quite so Harvey and Donna before she was quite the powerhouse she is now, although probably she hasn't changed all that much, right?"

I think what he meant was that he didnt say anything at that moment because there was nothing to say and everything was communicated non verbally but next week or the week after we will see him talk more to her about what happened.

The lawsuit was just to get the office to know about Daniel's past so they don't vote! and yes!!! I couldn't believe Donna was out of the show....i'm happy she's coming back
