Getting away from the WOW (or Wow if you will).
Is it just me or is there anyone else here who doesn't like this Donna-Louis friendship thing. All of the stupid/vicious things hes done just make me hate him. Yes I know hes a nebby guy and we should sometimes (ok maybe often) feel bad for him but I just can't bring myself to like him, and Donna is just so awesome that their friendship bothers me.
Think I'm crazy? Get in line. This is TV if we can't take this seriously, what can we?

I personally don't see that Donna is that "awesome." She's not an awesome actor and she's not an awesome character (only a lackluster character perceived as awesome by other characters within the story).

And they overdo the whole Louis thing- in the beginning he was great, believable- human. A good lawyer, with a strong side of self esteem issues. Now each time they add some other idiotic quirk or the way he is easily manipulated by kind words from other partners just make him more and more unrealistic.

maybe if you approach it from the point the whole show is unrealistic you will see Donna as AWESOME!

Uh.... Why would that be?

TV will never be completely realistic, we like watching it because it's real enough for us to relate but not so real as to be mundane. The story will always be larger than life, but the characters need to be realistic... Relatable, otherwise viewer's can't connect.

I agree, I never understood why the show spends so much energy trying to convince us of donna's awesomeness without ever showing some awesomeness. She doesn't seem like a strong willed woman around Harvey. Only around weaker men like Louis and sometimes mike.

I was an avid watcher until the end of season 3, but the wait for s4 fizzled me out. I missed the 1st 5 min of s4e1.

S3 ends off with Louis not finding mikes file in harvard. Is that answered in s4?? if so, in which episode? TIA
