My personal experience is reflected here:
http://www.travelfirst.com/pays3/aerosvit/aerosvit_business_class_bangkok_kiev_prague.htmlAfter flying with Aerosvit VV business class from Kiev to Bangkok, a few months ago, I just can say a few things which might help you:
-Old fashion, though comfortable business class cabin: no lie-flat, but you get 150° for a convenient sleep.
-You get nothing to do but reading or sleeping; the quite friendly cabin crew will probably give you an Archos tablet for "entertainment"... Old movies in Russian language, plus some dull American movies. And Archos sucks: I never could use this bloody tablet correctly.
-Food: I found it amazingly yummy. Super fresh salads. Great pastries! Beef is boiled, the Russian -or Ukrainian- way. Unappealing. They serve good fish. Wine is Ukrainian; vodka and "Cognac" Russian; but they do not serve Champagne (unless you like the local "sekt", made in Odessa...).
-I was lucky: no delay at all. Anyhow, business class passengers are invited to join the nice VIP lounge in Kiev, and cozy Thai Airways Lounge in Bangkok.
-GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY! This made me forget the plain Jane aspect of this cheap, though reliable airlines.
