why not?

because they care about 40 rentals vs 120 days which could be done in just 4 monthly rentals...if you've got a way do it it would get me upgraded to pc

anyone here have hertz platinum and use it in the tri state area?
how likely is it to get upgraded from fullsize or small SUV to a suburban or something really nice, perhaps not in JFK/LGA but how about EWR or nearby locations in the NJ area?

Because officially you have to re-qualify for Hertz PC every year with 40 rentals (or 7k/120 days...), even though they've always been very easy on that.

Does anyone know what that means? Please elaborate.
