Parents of campers heading to a jewish summer camp are calling US AIRLINES a disgrace after not being allowed to board and get on their flight from LGA airport to Charlotte, North Carolina.US AIR says the passengers came late. i saw the passengers come about 1 hr and 20 min before the flight. One passenger came 1 hour before the flight. Eighty one campers with the majority of them being minors had no luggage to check in.The airlines purposely ran the clock down and gave excuses such as, '"no room on the flight", "they came late", " they are minors and under 18 and can't fly without an adult", it's late, the luggage won't get on" and the excuses just kept on piling up after i kept on proving to the agents that they are doing this on purpose and running the clock down.One agent got on a phone to make it look like she was trying to help out and three or four different times she got on the phone and hung up saying "forget it". The person that she was speaking to on the other end was an agent at the gate itself.I ran to the gate BEFORE the plane was scheduled to depart and what the airline did was then push back the gate and then tell me "sorry the gate was pushed back already and even though the luggage doors were still open.The same agent causing all the problems had the nerve to just walk away and say , " i will be right back" ,but was talking and laughing to other agents and when they saw me video taping what was going on they got mad and told me to shut it off and said the kids won't be allowed onto the flight since i video taped! So US AIR is now making this my fault!This is just some of the outraegous behavior by US AIRLINES towards a few respectful jewish kids and teenagers on a group flight to summer camp.US AIR said the kids can fly next week since they are all booked and when i would not back down the US AIR agents put the kids on a flight to boston leaving 3 hours later and then an adiditonal wait of a few hours in Boston to connect to North Carolina!So instead of of a peaceful and exciting trip to summer camp the kids experienced a bit of US AIRLINE hell. Some of these kids told me it's their first time flying. it's sad that these kids had to experience all of this on their first time ever flying on an airplane.Many parents told me they will never book a flight on US AIR.DO NOT FLY US AIR!
