How to adjust credit limits on AMEX's website.

I remember reading that ppl were able to transfer credit limits from business cards to personal and vice versa online. I could not find out where to do it online.
If someone can please show me how. Thank you

They stopped allowing that about a year ago both online or over the phone.
Some have reported recently having success again over the phone but I cannot confirm.

Anyone here have success??? If yes please be specific if it was between two personal cards or you managed to consolidate a personal and a business
