Depends where you want to be and for what time period.

People like the Andaz West Hollywood. Also the Hyatt Century Plaza in Century City is very nice.

Andax WeHo is great, but the SLS Beverly Hills (SPG cat 5) is superb.

So with my 2 hyatt suite, you reccomend the Andaz WeHo over the Hyatt Regency CP?

i just made a reservation for two nights at the andaz weho and since i'm not diamond the res is for standard room,
 i am planning on emailing the manager to ask him for an upgrade,

meanwhile i recieved an email about my reservation saying that i can upgrade to a suite based on availability for $89 a night, i was wondering if i sign up to the waiting list would that decrease the chance of the general manager giving me a free upgrade because he will see that i'm willing to pay for one? what do you guys think?

i don't see how you could help me (although i would love it...) unless this works; (which i doubt) i make a standard room res with my awards then add you to the res, would they then give a suite? it sounds rediculous even to me...
