can anyone help me please with transfering points to miles!? (first time)

I got 70k marriott rewards points that i can transfer to points,
i can get 25k or united or british or delta or southwest or us airways, which would the best to transfer when i want to sell the points, noz using it in the airline, which of oall the above miles sells the best and MOST MONEY?

and how and where can i see if there is an special getting % for transfering?

Is it a simple process to change Marriott points into UA miles, and can all Marriott points be changed?

UA is deffinitly the best from the choices, but your still getting really bad value. Might be more worth to keep as marriot points.

25,000 of any of those is not really that valuable. If you will be able to accrue more than ua for sure the most valuable. Otherwise marriott may be the best value

There are ways to borrow/transfer Marriott points. Easier if it's a family member, but can be done with anyone.

I.M.H.O. B.A might be the best bang for your buck. That is if you fly short haul. You'd then be getting the better part of 3 round trip flights. But if you only want to sell then UE is the best easy to go
