If you had to choose between one of these 3 Chase cards, which one would you go for and why?

+1. Unless you're specifically going somewhere where there are no Hyatts. Otherwise Hyatt is the way to go!

There are nice Marriots. And there are some better ways to get the most out of Marriot rewards. That being said stick with Hyatt.

I don't get it.
Doesn't the Mariott card give 5-6 free nights, while the Hyatt card gives only 2?

It isnt 5-6 free nights at any marriot (maybe courtyard if you are very lucky or a couple nights at a nicer marriott), the point values arent incredible. Hyatt's 2 nights can be anywhere.

Just signed up using a backdoor link, and they confirmed me via SM that it was for 80k.

Hyatt card is not necessary if I have thousands in chase UR points becos I can sign up for Hyatt free online account and book room using transferred UR points? save the HARD INQUIRY for something else?
